The TOU does speak to repeating the same stuff over and over:

The answer is "NO". There is not one word in the TOU about repetitive comments. As best as I can see, a person could post.... "This stock is a scam." 20 times a day on the same board with zero threat of deletion.

9. constitutes spam, which is defined as:

Continually posting the same or similar information;

They way it has been explained to me,

is that means it may be posted on one board twice,

or two different boards once,

in a 24 hour period.

Admin will clear it up if I am wrong.
