I tested 1K at .004 bid. Filled at .0019. Then bought 12K at .0025 bid. Filled at .0019 again. I might do a bigger block tomorrow to load up on a few more cheapies through. Nothing is happening with this until filings are in and restrictions lift (for Americans).
