The point is about the missing 8-K and the underhanded way that Turner is attempting to steal the patented cream through reformulation.

DGF isn't stealing IP from shareholders.

Yet nothing said when it's revealed DGF has been making erroneous filings claiming different levels of ownership...
I guess that's ok.
