That is your opinion that I do not share. As the CEO there was nothing underhanded about entering into an agreement with another company. By the way, the agreement signed was with the Company NOT with Ziv Turner.

The point is about the missing 8-K and the underhanded way that Turner is attempting to steal the patented cream through reformulation.

Forward your concerns to Kirkland and suggest that he gets the FBI to investigate your allegation that someone is stealing the patented cream.

I wonder what is happening with the AU patent application where the continuation fee was not paid. PB do you know the time frame that they have or do I need to go research it?

He may be....nobody anywhere in the world has stepped up...instead their so called IP has been repeatedly stepped on by several other Cannabis companies.

Ziv told me a while ago that if successful in getting control of the patents is achieved and they end up somehow involved with CATV...at the right time Michael will exact what shareholders are entitled to by all the infringers...either licensing deals or something else.

THis is a bad thing?

To say Ziv is stealing or attempting to steal the patents makes it sound like it's for his benefit only.

OW never had the money to go after infringers and there are dozens.

But for some reason Turner is the bad guy...Feldenkrais is the bad guy.....
