Your order today was the FIRST trade since Sept 28 (per Fidelity). Also, per Fidelity, there was another order later today for 12,000.

I tried, but couldn't buy any through TD Ameritrade today.

You can see my order of 117,169 on Sept 27. My order was for a larger quantity than that but that is all I could get.
