Feldenkrais signed an agreement with OWCP. He is a CEO/Registered Agent with MANY Florida businesses including CATV and his law practice.

Anyone can search the FL SOS site using his last name only to see all related entities.

Your comments below imply patent infringement. This action should have been reported with an 8-K as a material event. To say the patent has no value flies in the face of the desperate act to "reformulate" the cream.

I know for a fact that regarding the deal with Canit, OW was within it's right at the time to allow Canit to start reformulating the cream and this takes many many months.

Canit is negotiating with the Brazilian health ministry to have the creme distributed throughout their hospital system.

If it turns out that Ziv doesn't acquire control of the patent and it goes to some other entity it's no big deal.

Canit will negotiate a new deal with whomever that might be.

There is no stealing of anything as has been implied.
