It has also been stated that Ziv has manipulated the events of the past year in order to steal the IP.
Let's make one thing perfectly clear....whether Ziv has done anything that wasn't above board , which I don't believe, he can't steal anything..it's not his call..
All he can do is make a proposal and DGF as the potentially harmed party can submit their proposal.
Bear in mind that Kirkland never sent Kugelman to Israel even once to negotiate with Ziv...

You were correct that since late in July we have heard nothing from the Haifa court.
You will recall, at that time the judge sent both parties back for a 2 week period to try and hammer out an agreement otherwise the judge would send this to the trustee and have things dealt with.
I confirmed yesterday afternoon that the judge has not rendered his final ruling as of yet. There are dozens of cases backlogged waiting to be ruled on and OW/DGF is just one.
Also this past month was the high holidays and everything shuts down for most of the month.
Things are just coming back on stream.
As far as the patent for the cream or anything else the company has, if these patents were really worth something as some like to believe the vultures would have swooped in by now...that has never happened.
I know for a fact that regarding the deal with Canit, OW was within it's right at the time to allow Canit to start reformulating the cream and this takes many many months.
Canit is negotiating with the Brazilian health ministry to have the creme distributed throughout their hospital system.
If it turns out that Ziv doesn't acquire control of the patent and it goes to some other entity it's no big deal.
Canit will negotiate a new deal with whomever that might be.
There is no stealing of anything as has been implied.
OWC the company is dead and finished. There will be no resurrection..even a temporary one..sorry to say..IMO
