Of course. Because according to $Phil's own filings, Henry has purchased 'Công ty C? ph?n Màng Bao Bì Tân Vinh Nam Phát' which is recorded in Vietnam's register of Corporations as "New Vinafilms JSC" with a registration number 1101832077 and which was incorporated in 2016. You can look it up as such. Specifically, the word " Tân" in Vietnamese means "New“.
There is still of course the 'original' 'Vinafilms JSC' still registered back in 2004 under the name of "Công ty C? ph?n Màng Bao Bì Vinh Nam Phát“ under register number 0303547345 and located at:
“Lot II-2B, Cluster V, Group II, Road No. 10, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam"
(you can compare both addresses there in the companies portal and on the website - they are the same).
But that isn't the company or its registered location that was purchased by $PHIL. This is a separate entity and it was established first. As a matter of fact, the Long An Province location was first established as a branch of original Vinafilms, but then the branch setup was dissolved and the branch was reregistered as an independent company.
Again, $PHIL didn't buy "Vinafilms JSC“ but" New Vinafilms JSC“ is and Mr. Barry SD_Hunter knows about this possibly from me as we have discussed it a few months ago - and as a matter of fact he has since updated his DD packet accordingly.
