This shell is going to sit forever untill someone like synergy or Lazar comes in and negotiates the control block and debt, or petition a court for custodianship to rehab it., If granted, probably Retire as much of the O/S as possible. Or in the style or Lazar, get control and R/S the crap out of it. Clean it up and sell it into the R/M sector.,
CRGP is now in completion with all the other stink pink shells falling into the grey zone.,
Only question you need an answer too. Who holds the control block in here. And Is it worth their time or ability to rehab it? Is there anything in this worth saving. You can buy a clean shell ready to go for a few $100k What makes this a good candidate.
