Better, IMO, that it be done now, rather than pop up later after data hits. That way, the topic has either been put to rest, or vetted as much as possible.

It's a good thing that the issue of pseudo progression in the treatment arm was thoroughly vetted years ago. You weren't here when the topic first popped up on this board; the response, at the time, was not a particularly pretty one, because it hinted at a possible reason for the halt, and it indicated that there may be a problem with achieving stat sig with the previous primary endpoint.

And here we are now... and for most, if not all longs, pseudo progression is a nothing burger.

I believe your perspective is on the money that the great production issue is the red herring of the week, as others have been pushed/debated/set aside.

FWIW I have employed contracted labor on projects. I have provided work space, equipment, computers, phones, input materials/components, etc. I have paid the contracted labor company to provide their skilled employees to work on my projects at my facilities and they do their own hiring and Human Resources and payroll/benefits, etc. They were paid according to contract, some by labor hours, some by milestones completed.

My company owned the facilities, labs, production equipment and the products produced. Period!
