Fact 1..DGF kicked Ziv to the curb months ago...so how can they sue him now....He has nothing to do with the company....

Fact 2....DGF still can't decide what they are..a harmed creditor that they claim to be today...or the entity that was in control of the company and got rid of Ziv...
