Turner is not being sued individually. That may happen in the future.

The Courts will decide the outcome of the cases.

Turner was part of the Bignitz scamming crew - look at the fake lawsuit by Turner that was quickly settled by Bignitz in a insider enrichment scam. It was a sweetheart deal.

The defense of Turner is comical at best. It reminds me of the Traveler.
