I can't say that I fully understand the market maker system and the rules governing it, but it surprises me that there is this level of apparent price manipulation on a major exchange. I base this opinion in part on the similarities in trading/price patterns between what is going on here and what was going in on the OTCBB where no real rules reign-in highly dubious market maker practices. I don't expect the price to go up every day or even maintain an interim high over the short term, but down in this way makes me suspicious.

i am now significantly under water. it is very hard, this investment. weeks, months go by without any deal, any revenue.
quite possibly i haven't got the stomach for this uncertainty.
so many very well informed people posting here, but in the end,
because no deal happens, because no foundry partnership, all the
insight serves to increase my confusion and worry. if i were a
lot keener at buying and selling i wouldn't be in this difficult
position, so ultimately i'm 100% to blame. which doesn't ease my
mind.
