I really don’t think this has anything to with any gaps. Without a PR, there is no volume to break free from the Groundhog Day pattern. Those who bought in anticipation of PR (short-sighted) are more than likely selling and moving on to the next flip.
These Hicks interviews don’t do anything for PPS, nor do they attract new buyers. For both of those, we need a PR, but looks like CC will continue wearing a muzzle until the savov thing is taken care of.
