Correct, but someone has to process the orders and ship the goods. That is what the distributor can do. No need for AVXL to hire anyone.
Place order with contract manufacturer to deliver to distributor. In the future, the distributor orders from the manufacturer to replenish supply.
AVXL just sits back and collects that 80% margin on sales.
