The WSJ investigation is only for the period 2010-2018, and only involves companies in the S&P500.

The Journal first analyzed the data to identify judges who disclosed that they, their spouse or a minor child owned individual stocks during any year from 2010 through 2018. The analysis included stocks of companies in the S&P 500 stock index as of June.

Those are limitations that warrant a separate investigation conducted by Amarin's shareholders into the stocks held by judge(s) presiding over Amarin's cases. Do we have definitive proof that they did not own shares in Hikma, DRL, or any generics companies from the period 2018-2021?

It would be interesting if we can conduct the same investigation into the generics expert witnesses too. Was there even an attempt to do so?
