But please shut me up and show me the agreement between Advent and Northwest, other than in LPs head, that NWBO will be earning money when Sawston facility (owned by NWBO leased to Advent for free also know as "occupied" by some lol) receives clients via and handled by Advent.

Fact 1. NWBO sold Sawston and pays to lease the space that Advent occupies

Fact 2. The CEO for NWBO is also the chief executive for Advent

Fact 3. Toucan owns Advent

Fact 4. NWBO has no ownership interest in Advent

Fact 5. Advent receives the profits from those contracts, not NWBO

Fact 6. NWBO receives no profits from Advent, even if Advent were sold, despite funding the purchase of those assets and startup costs

Tell me where those facts are not facts.
