Maybe a percentage of revenue. Maybe just a leas fee per use. Maybe some fee to reserve the ability to lease it. Maybe some mix. Who knows.

NWBO has been paying the rent for Advent in their old digs even though they have manufactured for InMune and NWBO got no cut of that revenue.

But I am sure LP can negotiate a good deal this time. ?? :)
