Not only that, but he violated the corp bylaws by settling without agreement by at least 2 directors of UOIP. His self description of being a director is more than questionable, but in any case there need to be 2 directors in agreement and be legal directors. I think we need to find out how to set aside the settlement if it was modest and self serving to himself. Sorry Folks, but I think we have a marathon, not a sprint to getting paid.
