I look at it like this…..if I bought one share in NWBO at $1.35 (£1.00) and I turned that into $200m on sale…quite the incredible return.

Right, when I pointed out that Toucan/LP’s interests are coming into alignment, this is an example of why there remains a gap in that alignment.

It’s all textbook stuff.

They are not missing out on profit by subcontracting work. They are choosing not to dilute further and absorb more costs at this early stage. They can always choose to manufacture it fully themselves, but there is little value to scaling up in terms of the cost of capital to do that at this stage, plus the cost of holding and maintaining the entire factory at full production ready capacity at this stage makes little sense. Someone else can bear that cost and turn it into revenue for both companies whereas NWBO becoming a CDMO for other companies at this moment makes absolutely no sense and is a complete distraction from what it needs to be doing.
