It’s a piece of equipment - who will operate it? Which legal entity will invoice for using the equipment and making the vaccine? Is it NWBO or will it be Advent? NWBO has zero employees on site so I’m assuming it will be Advent but hopefully Mgt will at some point confirm one way or the other…..ideally benefiting NWBO shareholders.
