Yes you are right, just a 9 months snapshot similar to the Anavex charts being a 57 week snapshot.

In contrast our x access gives us drug concertation.

Theirs is trying very hard to say the law of large numbers say our drug works.

Only if they had a placebo arm to prove this phenomena.

Reminds me of the Tau/Amyloid trials that keep adding patients to their trial to improve their scores.

At least they had a placebo arm.

SAVA data, if under the same scrutiny as AVXL, means nothing.

Until proven otherwise.

X axis on the Anavex chart is the slope of the line from baseline to the 57 week data point for each individual. Basically I'd call that the patient trajectory or improve/decline plot.

The X axis on the SAVA chart is the absolute value change in ADas-Cog11 score from baseline to the 9 month point for each subject. The Y axis is nominal.

That is the way I read those.
