I’m waiting to see the status post any news re Sawston and plan on selling a chunk on or around TLD if it turns out to be exactly what I think it is…..if they clarify the status or indeed the governance is proven beyond doubt I will hold through to approval….my rationale being if it’s proven that NWBO shareholder funds have been used to provide a stand alone entity (Advent) with excellent revenue streams and positive cash flows then Mgt will come under real scrutiny and score an own goal by gift wrapping an attack on themselves once the initial surge in SP starts to peel off and the bubble will burst once again…..fingers crossed that won’t happen

I have been trained to always think critically and find it unhealthy to worship NWBO management as if they were half Gods. Its good to hear you have that same train of thought.

What is the end result of this for you?

Both sides have spoken, the arguments are now circular. What is your play?

with regard to Northwest? Im selling after the SP gets over $5, which Im sure will happen after TLD, and wish all of you including Iwasadriver and Biosec a happy financial future with NWBO :) and move on

But Im not going to take any legal action if that's what you are hinting at. Of course not for many reasons nor will I alarm any authorities.

You asked me one question I will answer. Yes in West Europe financing, assigning a private company to deliver products or services privately owned by a CEO of a listed company by the CEO of that listed company could trigger both private parties and authorities to take legal actions against that CEO and or that listed company.

But NWBO is not situated in The Netherlands, at least not HQ, neither is Lida Powers living here. It would not surprise me if another party in the US would again sue over this.
