Suggest it's not so much how they treat you, but how you react to it. Much crap is often better ignored. You know bullies love victims who react. Sometimes, fuck you. Other times, ignore.

Taking with different aspects of my psyche was fun for a time. It felt it helped. Who knows, maybe it worked some. i think my gambler aspect became Sid because he was the rough nut. i used just whatever name popped in at the time. Whichever felt fight. No hesitation, no reason, no logic. No big deal. Whatever name popped in. Free range you might say. Just fun it always was for me. Fooling around with my head.
Shed what hasn't worked. Try anything that might.
