Seems like AMRN needs to legally challenge a state if they require a generic for a patented use.
If they do start advertising again, they should be very clear that there is no other approved product for this indication. There is no legal generic and no other product with the patented coating. They should offer a web link and phone number if persons are having trouble with their doctor, pharmacist or insurance company.
