For whatever clarifications you want you have the contact details of the Lawyer amd you can ask him directly.
Better do not upload on the hub details because you do not know who is reading.
The second paragraph, he explained to me, that it is included because the PoA are the first that someone reads when the lawsuit is filed. That is why he makes a brief presentation of the case in there.
I will ask him to send his resume or i can send to your email, because i have it.
In any case based on what you received in your email you can confirm his license and his identity.

Do not forget that he works in this case without fees. He will get paid if the lawsuit is succesful. You know how the Lawyers manage their time. Do not expect from him to spend considerable time for being very formal. What the shareholders should expect from him is to be effective. His background provides some assurances.
And as we have said many times, we have nothing to lose here.

For the PoA i consulted two other Greek Lawyers and they confirmed to me that it is a rather standard PoA they use in Greece.
