Just email the new ceo,ive checkout other bk7 companies and they are all shells waiting to be reversed mergered out..

This Medizone did create reverse mergers,if nothing happens stock goes to 0.00001,if something happens it consumes the new private company debt & Assets and it trades based on that...the mzei shares get swallowed up and SOMETIMES A MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT OCCURES TO THE CURRENT SHARHOLDERS OF MEDIZONE OR ANY OTHER SHELL..."" sometimes "" this happens,sometimes the new CEO retires some of the OUTSTANDIBG AND FLOATED SHARES,THIS BRINGS VALUE IN TSNP stock moved greatly 0.08 to $3 in 2 months...

Traderoyt sounds like your a scorned old medizone shareholder from the 90's like me,but on not scorned,I still hold,Yes I could be a bag holder or toilet tissue hoarder or a big winner....I think if medizone does this rumored merger they should keep the family household name,everyone knows of the medizone name all over the world,remember they made news headlines of a potential cure of Aids in 1991 when the blood journal report hit a popular medicine journal blood science October 2 1990..stock shot to $2.75,great times...now were here at the end or a new beggining.

You said that if the company moved forward creditors would request payment of debts when they found out about the hijacking of the shell, when will they do that? Do they have an infinite amount of time to do that? It has already been months without a dispute that anyone can prove. How can there be debts owed if the bankruptcy is fully discharged ? Wouldn’t the remaining debts cause the bankruptcy to be defined by the court as partially discharged and instead dismissed if there were debts still owed? How can a full discharge have occurred and the listed debts not be discharged? If they are not paid back by the bankruptcy court thats too bad for them, that’s the way it works. That’s why there has been no further dispute. All imo.
