You said that if the company moved forward creditors would request payment of debts when they found out about the hijacking of the shell, when will they do that? Do they have an infinite amount of time to do that? It has already been months without a dispute that anyone can prove. How can there be debts owed if the bankruptcy is fully discharged ? Wouldn’t the remaining debts cause the bankruptcy to be defined by the court as partially discharged and instead dismissed if there were debts still owed? How can a full discharge have occurred and the listed debts not be discharged? If they are not paid back by the bankruptcy court thats too bad for them, that’s the way it works. That’s why there has been no further dispute. All imo.
