Could not agree more. Good post. Hopefully Henry does read this and understands this some day soon. Guessing your keeping some opinions on PHIL buying a liquor distributor company to yourself? I can't see how you would not have a few thoughts. Financially, it will be huge for sure for PHIL.

I predict a big sell off. Then the 10-K, which will show less than expected revenues, causing more of a sell-off, followed by radio silence from Henry causing more of a sell-off. The Mob is fickle, what can you do? The Mob wants revenues and a BB, both of which look sketchy at best happening any time soon. If Henry speaks, more skepticism happens and SP declines, if Henry doesn’t speak, SP declines. I’ll hang onto 3/4 of my holdings and see what transpires
