My best friend did that same trip in June. Sent me 30 photos, all of which should be in Nat Geo. Amazing place(es) Glad you got to experience it and are doing well with LWLG.

Concrats, RufusT. Hod-carrying around all that scaffolding is quite a job. Yes, all of those have similar dangers than working with a chainsaw. I got through school building in-ground pools, then the labor unions doing flatwork, mostly wheeling concrete, shovel work, pulling forms and cleaning tools all day. Those were days - workng hard & playing hard.
I like your interests. But coming face to face with a silverback is not exactly my idea of a safe picnic in the park.
