I think it has more to do with WHO owns the SDRDW - remember there is nothing stopping the BOD from adjusting the strike price.
You know I really don't care about strike prices because I don't plan on converting to commons. I could sell now and walk away with 178% but you also know that is only about 18% of my target exit point.
