frobinso, I'm sure your concern is a valid question. My response is that Dr. Lebby has stressed IP/patents/freedom of manufacturing, over and over again, in every talk he's given this year. I believe he regards it as one of his top priorities. I have no reason to think he hasn't engaged legal counsel regarding protection of LWLG IP.
He's been around the block, and has a great deal of patent experience.
