Ernie, I was about to pen pretty much the same post re the questioning of Brad's degree, as raised by Ophelia. After having read all of her posts in that regard, I come away with the FACT that she cannot atest as to whether or not he has the degree.
More to the point she cannot state that he has misrepresented himself as to the degree in question. So it seems - she has raised the subject and, logically
speaking, she has hit a stone wall
as to what to make of it/do with this growing non-issue. That is, it remains an unanswered question about which she is not logically entitled to come down on one side of the matter or the other. If she were to maintain that he has misrepresented himself, she would, perforce, be ethically and logically required to produce info which substantiates her claim. That she has not found any info which decides the matter cannot be used to buttress her stance. A lack of information cannot be used to prove a positive statement. Logic 101, anybody? Habeus Corpus,
anyone? Suspicions? Yes, to that she is entitled just as she might the tooth fairy or Einstein's theory of relativity. One has every right to think whatever one wishes. Einstein's theory wrong? The proof, please. Brad's misrepresenting his educational back ground? THE PROOF, please.
