You know, I don't see any relief for those people. Either side.
No matter the concessions any of them come up with the term fanatic will arise. Some people will just not accept peace. You know, the whiney person at the next table, "my soup is too hot, the rolls are not hot enough, the steak requires me to cut it with a butter knife." No matter what the leaders TRY to do somebody is going to bitch and voila a bus load of innocent people are going to have a bomb go off in their underwear. Then gun ships will launch an attack at a village where the bomber spent his summer vacation in 93.
I have no doubt that God moved on to a different part of the universe, shaking His Head as He went saying, "What the hell was I thinking? This experiment is like totally f***ed up. Guess I'll slide over to Tau Ceta and see what's developing over there." Then he packed his stash, jumped on his board and road a comet out of town.

Arabs are not bad people. They don't dislike Jews on a personal (racist) level, which was what I was taught as a child. That the problems in the Middle East are mostly because of the violent barbaric Muslims who want to kill the Jews. That's bullshit: I know many Jews and Muslims, and they like each other; they have much in common. The issues are all about power struggles between the wealthy, not about racism or religion (at least, not until the propaganda makes it so) And BTW, the Israelis have killed more women and children in this thing than the Palestinians (including with terrorist bombs, in phone booths)

Barak gave Arafat every concession except soverignity over east Jeruselum and how did Arafat respond? By releasing major
criminal factions of the the terrorist infrastructure from prison. If the Palestinians were interested in peace they would concentrate
more of an effort on building an economy than spending every available dollar on plastique.

Are you suggesting that Israel isn't obsessed with weaponry? The home of the Uzi? When I was in high school I remember a lot of the Jewish students having to spend a summer in Israel learning to be a sniper. It was *required* for their religion, they were told. Does this sound like the technique of innocents, crafting assassins out of 14-year-old American girls? If the Israelis were interested in peace wouldn't they let the Palestinians have their small bits of land without continually vowing to get it back?
