Every ticker has to be in an active format in one of the US States SOS (Secretary of State) business filings.

Reinstatement means IMBB was dark and not active in the Nevada SOS where it is domiciled, then on August 11, 2021 Harry Z Filed Reinstatement papers to show he was the (only) CEO, President, Secretary , Director . So one would take it from there is that he has full control only, showing that no one else (like Dimitri) is part of it .

A clear legal move more than likely thought up by Charles C , to add another buffer on any claims from the IMMB past in Bulgaria and Harry's past where they probably had little to no paperwork back at that time.

Anyone can check any ticker in the applicable States SOS for active, filings (will be there before OTC Markets) changes etc.

go to the OTC Profile Data , look at Incorporation at , you will see NV for Nevada.
ENZC is in Delaware.

In the OTC world , there are really just a few States that one should look for where tickers are (mostly for taxes , benefits etc) the main ones are DE, NV, WY, FL, CO ... if they are in another one , it has to be for a reason that should be checked out.
