Barak gave Arafat every concession except soverignity over east Jeruselum and how did Arafat respond? By releasing major criminal factions of the the terrorist infrastructure from prison. If the Palestinians were interested in peace they would concentrate more of an effort on building an economy than spending every available dollar on plastique.
