I understand that. They are limited to the London facility. That has no influence on the facts they are ONLY waiting for the peer review to release TLD. Manufacturing cert and the escalation of compassionate use program means very little. The fact that they PR'd the cert application was to let people know they are working on that simultaneously. It was not to give a timeline for TLD. They would have released TLD already had the peer review been completed and ready for publication. I have this from a very reliable source.
