Postes, I sure get the feeling that it would have possibly been easier to sell the company before we hired the salesforce and demonstrated the difficulty of selling V. Now, who knows what kind of interest there was and maybe JT had a higher valuation in mind and it couldn't get done.
I don't have the actual quote so just going off my decrepit memory and talking about Europe, I remember JT saying something about waiting as he thought our valuation would increase. Not sure if he was talking about partners in Europe or licensing deals or whatever.
