The otc float is not up to date on the otc which shows 3m float.

The actual float @6/30/2021 was 127.8M

Since then they have issued approx. 81m shares, so the float is closer to 200M.

Of course, I do not know how much of the 81M is restricted, if any. However, it seems none of the 81M is restricted.
