You actually said that in the post I quoted earlier. It’s not lawyerly. That Duffy would be the only one acceptable because he was blinded. You said Bosch wasn’t and indicated Duffy would be the only one.
When the theory got picked apart, you’ve doubled back and made my own points back at me as if those were your points.
Your post here in the context of the other posts does not even make sense. Why would they be unblinded only after Duffy arrived, but long before data lock? There was no suggestion that ever took place.
I am very familiar with the regs for updating the SAP, I am quite sure I and ExW debated them, with extensive quotes and links to the guidance at the time it was happening, and I have argued many times with some posters about the nature of the safety IA only, which never unblinded them.
