#216894 RE: Giant Robot #216889

Why anticipate a bloodbath? Presently nothing has changed fundamentally. The usual zero communications from the company are still intact. The actual reasons for the resignations will always not be communicated. Speculation will always be up and down. Speculation runs a full spectrum from fear to hysteria based on possibilities, from positive to negative.

Bloodbath? LQMT is in a bloodbath and has been in a bloodbath for many years. The constant repetitive low trading volumes, share price, revenues from products sold and operating losses combined with zero PR’s of new contracts and progress updates remind all of this bloodbath. The five year chart shows the bloodbath slowly taking place. Many confuse the restating of facts as being negative or bashing. Many do not deal with reality very well, so they invent an alternative reality to cope.

Give it a few days a few weeks a few months, things at LQMT should shake out by then.

To some it looks like B & B were rewarded. Some feel a merger wants them out of the way. Some think it might be for failing to meet objectives. Others believe it might be due to differences of opinions. Many others have other opinions. Any speculation for why B & B resigned could be correct. Just as some speculate on medical, auto, non CE industrial or CE industrial as being the catalyst for LQMT ‘s success to add shareholder value.

The fact remains LQMT is not doing very well as noted above for some time now and all hope LQMT does succeed. The fact is B&B walk away with some nice pocket change. They also walk away with options to add to their pockets regardless of whatever was achieved up or down for the company. Very rarely are executives fired. They resign. In this case we can only speculate. Sometimes the speculations are very extreme and unrealistic imo.

The bottom line for now. Nothing has changed fundamentally for LQMT, as outsiders know it and as is usual, outsiders will be the last to know, regardless of what anyone thinks.

As far as bloodbath goes...I think most LQMT shareholders are in the red unfortunately.

Let’s hope the bloodbath is over.
