"They have been claiming all sorts of BS for the past 10+ years."

yup..

"For example, they have been (falsely) claiming "commercial production" for the past 8 years (since 2013). See here for more info:"

nope...

"See here for more info:"

all i see is what i stated...they believe they can, believe they may, intend to, will attempt, in the process, should have etc etc...

thats far different from the recent statements that say they HAVE product ready to be shipped...NEVER have i seen that statement previously...

"Those shares are most probably being bought up by MMs at a slight discount."

lol...no they are not...and why would mm's be holding 27 mil shares of what one believes is a dead stock?..

"If some fool is buying them up, then they have lost a LOT of money since the dilution to repay the toxic convertible debt started back in April (when the share price was 15 cents)."

theres likely more than one entity doing the buying...and they likely have an average pps of about a dime...2 pennies off the current pps...thats not so bad...especially considering that that the money they are using is spare change to them...and now it appears that he pps will not drop any further...until it rises...

this is not really a high risk investment for the entities...it is more of a no brainer for them...yorkville has advised them that they will have millions of cheap shares they can purchase of kblb stock and if they want to make a lot of money, then they should buy as many shares as they can...

they have likely done business with yorkville in the past and thats all they need to know...

this is how the big boys play...and when you see them buying, you should, at some point, also buy...

"<< they are not being "dumped" on the "open market" as some are suggesting >>

Yes, they are."

the implication is that the shares are being dumped without regard to how they will be bought...that is NOT the case....those shares are all being systematically bought up by large investors...therefore they are not being "dumped" at all...

"That shows that those shares are now in the open market."

new shares were created...it is dilution...but those shares are in the hands of large investors...no matter how many different ways it is made to look, those shares were not "dumped" into the open market...

"<< this is unlike any other time in the history of this company... >>

No, it isn't."

yes...it absolutely is...theres no guarantees...but theres no point in refusing to see what is there for all to see...

"It is just more pretty words on worthless paper."

not anymore...that tired line just doesnt mean anything anymore...things have changed...
