They have been claiming all sorts of BS for the past 10+ years.

Those shares are most probably being bought up by MMs at a slight discount.

If some fool is buying them up, then they have lost a LOT of money since the dilution to repay the toxic convertible debt started back in April (when the share price was 15 cents).

Yes, they are.

That is why those shares are showing up in Time & Sales, and that is also why the "Held at DTC" (on the OTC Markets website) is increasing whenever there is dilution.

If you notice, the DTCC shares increased by 13 million shares during that timeframe (which is about the same amount that the O/S increased).

That shows that those shares are now in the open market.
