You're not getting this. These freaks think premarital sex is wrong. They probably think any sex not intended to result in children is wrong. And they believe they have the right to impose those zany beliefs on everyone.
They think sex education is wrong. They want to ban IUDs, because they claim they "cause abortions". Same for the morning-after pill. And as we can see from this law, they don't care whether the woman is raped or the victim of incest.
They seem to want to punish women, and people who support women's reproductive rights. Because they fundamentally hate women.
