Add up the con games ran with a thousand other recycled scam tickers, by other shell hijackers/brokers and it's a pandemic.
Yet it seems that recent developments in the enforcement arena and other agency actions tend to indicate they are finally taking on the space. One small bite at a time.
But old timers have seen feeble attempts of reeling back rampant fraud many times before, so I expect these recent actions are taken with a well deserved grain of salt.
