To clarify, it’s not just a military term. But conops is a term used a lot in military activities.

Hmmm...I can think of a couple of names that could encompass the conops concept. Maybe they should have a contest for a name. Or is it only me that thinks the name doesn't have a good ring to it? I am sure the app is great; just thinking about it from a marketing perspective.
