Wondering if all brokers got notice for a stock certificate inventory check. It would explain the early restrictions and dry CRGP volume.
Don't forget they're new DTCC rules and regulations recently activated and existing FINRA protocols that may come into play as a result with an anticipated corporate action to go private.
