I think it’s a brilliant strategy. They get a whole bunch of retail traders buying it up and talking about it all over social media, will bring tons of liquidity. This is the new OTC. We live in a new world of meme stocks and massive runners, maybe they are smart enough to leverage this. TSLA, AMC, GME, TSNP... these stories have paved the way for a new era of retail driven flows imo.
LILAC is not a monster player, as of 2018 they only had 4 employees, LILAC has a Monster Tech that hasn't been recognized by the market yet thus brings it why the seed investors Buffet, Bezos, Gates, Bloomberg, and everyone else in between has a vested interest in the management and the tech. As for the 10 billion AS, that is the current situation, not when LILAC takes over and they completely overhaul and reorganize the share structure.
