It would not have taken much to clarify that Notre Dame received the patent and that KBLB enjoys exclusive access to the patent rights.
That is why it is in our expanding patent portfolio. No one else is or can, use it....legally. Now we have expanded the portfolio into the EU. For the record, KBLB sent the cease and desist letter to Entogentics. Their .com is a dead link now.
Looks like they figured out a way to decompose our spider silk with water for powders, gels, and liquid base applications. Sounds like they found something to do with our waste cocoons the moths put holes in, to exit and make eggs. Margins couldn't be all that, but sales are sales. We'll see.
