My understanding (and again ask JK, dont be scared) Lexian was / is negotiated bc (i think) the cost of acquisition included requirement of timeline (hard date) of when prototype/product would be available. (see Neil Narwani message below)
Per Neil, timeline had changed for when prototype would be available, SO JK did the RIGHT THING. He said (my guess from pieces) well "if changed timeline changed, and part of acquisition cost/funding included hard deadlines, than I am going to renegotiate.....
And im glad he did (IF that is indeed what happened) bc why allocate money towards task A that was suppose be done say by Oct 2021 and now say Feb 2022 (THE DATES ARE MADE UP TO SHOW EXAMPLE)
Instead put those funds toward another Task to be completed say in Sept 2021 and Fund Lexian X amount at a time that is 3 months prior to adjusted timeline.
Again. this is strictly my guess. I could be completely wrong... but
see below.. I dont guess without some sense of whats happening..
Bottomline is JK imo did exactly what I would have expected him to do. Thats called adaptation.
Same pieces to same puzzle forming the SAME picture only thing MAY have changed is order in which each piece is placed on the puzzle.
If one cant handle these normal and expected adaptations that occur in startups, I would question your commitment to being long.
Accumulate, thats what Im doing, or sell if you want, there will always be buyers, when pieces are added.. stay engaged with management, share here, compare, look out for each other... less b*t*hing, value added interactions and posts.
only thing this week proves to me is how some are intimately only tied to s/p movement, which you see how fast it WILL change when more pieces are added (yes as frustratingly slow as it may seem) but ask yourself, are "delays" on VXIT's end.
Imo No.. Examples.. Audits - completion based on speed of auditors Partnerships/Contracts - at speed of lawyers
Enjoy,
Feel Free to provide feedback of any other possibilities I may have missed, but at end of day, it changes nothing in this gem.
